Welcome to A Little Bit Of Kindness - Northdale, FL

My name is Brian Bernick, originally from Wilkes-Barre, PA, I moved to Florida in 1996, and I have lived in and around the Northdale/Carollwood/Town and Country areas ever since. I am currently living in the Northdale area for over 25 years.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration from King’s College in 1995. Soon after I decided to move to Florida to peruse a new career, and to get out of the cold and snow of PA.

For over 25 years I have been in the Customer Service Industry now. I genuinely love helping people out, with their customer service needs.

I have worked in the credit card processing industry for over 20 years as well. I worked for a company called Sterling Payments, then it was bout out by EVO Payments. Then after over 16 years with them, they were bought out again, and as a result lost my job with the new merger.

So after wearing almost every hat necessary in my job with EVO Payments, in the credit card processing industry, I was burnt out with the industry. As we hear almost on a weekly basis, one credit card company is being bought out by another credit card company. So I tried to think of using my skills in a different way.

While my love for the credit card industry has waned, it has not effected my love for helping people in the customer support industry. I was well know in my previous job for going above and beyond in helping customers out with their needs. With them walking away from working with me, they now know they are in good hands with someone that knows their problem, and they know you will work it to resolution.

So after much consideration, I decided to try something out on my own, and came up with the idea for A Little Bit Of Kindness - Northdale, FL.

My Approach

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
